What each plan includes
On this page
There are three plans. Every plan includes the full editor, every block and the design token export. Paid plans add more brands, your own domain, your own fonts, access control and a longer history.
Prices
| Plan | A month | Who it is for |
|---|---|---|
| Free | Free | One brand, published properly, at no cost. |
| Pro | 29 USD | Your own domain, your own fonts, several brands. |
| Business | 99 USD | Agencies and larger teams, with roles that fit. |
Yearly billing costs less than twelve monthly payments. The exact saving is on the pricing page (opens in a new tab). Switch between monthly and yearly under Billing. See Paying, yearly, invoices and canceling.

On every plan, including Free
- The full block editor and every block. See Every block, and what it holds.
- A free address on stylehub.cloud, with a subdomain per brand and one per manual if you want it.
- The design token export in every format, and the read only API (opens in a new tab).
- The asset library, with folders, categories and tags.
- Reader search, a print view and the PDF.
- Activity and version snapshots, recorded from your first day.
Templates
There are 5 presentation templates. Free includes 2 of them. Pro and Business include all 5.
What each one looks like is in The presentation templates.
Storage
Storage is counted per brand. It includes the files in the asset library, the versions kept when a file is replaced, and anything still in the trash. What to do when it fills up is in The trash, storage and the quota.
History
Every change is recorded on every plan and kept for 370 days. Your plan sets how far back the history page lets you look: not included on Free, 30 days on Pro, 365 days on Business.
Upgrading does not start you from zero
API rate limits
The read only API is on every plan. The request limit in the table above is per caller, per minute, and follows the plan of the brand being read. PDF renders have a separate, smaller limit, listed in the API rate limits (opens in a new tab). Your brand's limit, the address of every published manual and the tokens are on the dashboard page API (opens in a new tab). Working examples are in the API examples (opens in a new tab).
People and roles
The team member limit per brand is in the table above, and it includes the owner. The 4 built in roles are on every plan. Roles you build yourself, from the 11 permissions a custom role may carry, need Business. See Roles and Custom roles.
Changing plan
- Upgrading takes effect at once. Anything that was frozen becomes editable again.
- Downgrading deletes nothing. Anything over the new limit stops being editable, and you choose what stays active. Read What a downgrade freezes first.
- Published pages stay published. A downgrade never takes a brand hub off the internet.
Common questions
To see what you are currently using against each limit, go to Billing (opens in a new tab). What happens when a payment fails, and what the status words mean, is in Paying, yearly, invoices and canceling.
